How do I invite the seller to participate in an open bidding process?

You can send your seller a link in the ‘Offer procedure’ menu under the ‘Invite seller’ option, which will allow them to participate in the market price determination process:

After clicking on ‘Invite seller’, a form will open where you can enter the seller's details:

As soon as you click on Invite, the recipient will receive an email with a tracking link (if you have also entered their mobile number, they will receive a text message with the same link).

The entries are saved in the form and as soon as you change them and click on Invite again, the previously sent link will be blocked. You can also deactivate the current link by clicking on Block.

IMPORTANT: You can only send a valid tracking link here! Furthermore, the seller will not receive any further notifications, i.e. they will not receive another message for every new offer!

What should I do if there are several parties involved on the seller side?

In this case, enter your broker details, i.e. your email address. After clicking on ‘Invite’, you will receive an email with the tracking link.

You can now send this link or the entire email to the parties involved on the seller side.

What exactly does the seller see?

Of course, the data is anonymised, i.e. the seller can only see the bid amounts and not the names of the interested parties. The view is always live and does not need to be updated manually by the seller.
